- Description
- VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Olympus America, 125 Froehlich Farm Blvd, Woodbury, NY 11797 to provide laparoscopic equipment. The equipment is to consist of exera II camera processor, exera II light source, HD LCD monitor, high flow insufflator, endoeye 10MM 30 degree, endoeye video lap, endoeye 10MM 0 degree, endoeye digital videoscope, and DVR. This equipment must be compatible with VA's existing Olympus equipment. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. Businesses who feel they may be capable of providing this equipment shall submit all applicable information to VA Connecticut by September 19, 2006. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of VA.
