- Mental health services for VA Connecticut's Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) in Winstead, Waterbury and Stamford, CT. Services are to be provided at the contractor's facility or at the CBOCs. If services are to be provided at the contractor's facility, the contractor must have an office within 10 miles of at least one of the CBOCs. Performance period will be from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. Solicitation package will include three additional option year periods. NAICS code 621112 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 39 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about September 18, 2006. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $40.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
