Description: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11 Contract Service Center (90CSC) intends to award a sole-source contract to AT & T Government Solutions, for a Gigabit Ethernet connection between the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System at 2215 Fuller Road in Ann Arbor, MI and the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R, Detroit, MI 48201. Currently there is an established service connection between the VISN 11 offices located at 40 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive in Ann Arbor, MI and the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center. This sole source award will move the Ann Arbor end from the VISN 11 office to the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System while maintaining the connection at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center.
