- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotation; and a separate request for quotation will not be issued. The United States Attorney Office for the Northern District of Illinois located in Chicago has a requirement for 18 parking spaces. Offerors must have the capability to provide these parking spaces in accordance with terms and conditions outlined in the Statement of Work. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA24-5-0265. See ATTACHMENT Statement of work for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses 52.212-4 ? Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Item? and 52.212-5 ? Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 and other evaluation factors contained in the solicitation ? Evaluation of quotation or offers?. Quotes are due on September 20, 2006 at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. LATE Quotations will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via e-mail, courier, hand delivered or faxed to The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the U.S. Attorneys, 600 E Street, N.W., Suite 2400, Acquisition, Facilities and Support Services, Washington, D.C. 20530, Attn: Patricia Willett. You may fax your quote to (202) 616-6651 or e-mail to Patricia.Willett@usdoj.gov. Offerors shall ensure that the faxed quotes are LEGIBLE (min. 12pt font). All quotes shall reference: ?
