- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Good Samaritan Hospital located at 1225 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017, for the annual renewal for thirty (30) parking spaces for the period of 10/01/2006 ? 09/30/2007. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Good Samaritan Hospital under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Good Samaritan Hospital. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531312. The small business size is $1.5 million. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 ?Simplified Acquisition Procedures?. The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fixed price purchase order. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is September 20, 2006 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
