- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations number USSS098929 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. Offerors must quote all or none. The NAICS code is 334111 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for the following: QUANTITY OF ONE(1) EACH, PART NUMBER: PS-CUS-PRDSVC, EMC2 PRODUCT-BASED SERVICES and QUANTITY OF ONE(1) EACH, PART NUMBER: PS-CUS-SI, EMC2 CUSTOM SYSTEMS INTEGRATE Evaluation Factors: The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Quotation as provided herein, is lowest price. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, with all freight included in the delivered price, within ten (10) days of purchase order award. Delivery to DC metro area (to be specified at time of award). The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable unless otherwise noted: HSAR 3052.209-70, Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation ?
