Description: The US Secret Service intends to negotiate a bridge contract with CMI Management Inc, 5285 Shawnee Road, Suite 410, Alexandria, VA 22312-2328, VA for custodial/janitorial services for a three month base period with three additional one month option periods. This bridge contract will provide continuity of services, through evaluation, award and transition of a contract award under a forthcoming solicitation. Award of this bridge contract will be made under the authority of 41 USC 253 (c) (1). This notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no formal solicitation is available at this time.
