- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Center for Domestic Preparedness, Anniston, Alabama has a requirement for Management and Support Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and management required to plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of support services to include but not limited to administrative and clerical support, human resource support, logistical support, information technology support, engineering and safety support, acquisition support, management analysis, quality assurance support, security support and special project management. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561110. The small business size standard is $6.5M annual receipts for the past 3 years. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. It is the Government's intent to issue an Indefinite Delivery (Requirements) type contract with fixed unit pricing. Proposed contract will be for a base period of one year with four-one year option periods. The estimated date for posting the solicitation to FedBizOps is on or about October 2, 2006. Any small business wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their solicitation by accessing and downloading the solicitation documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website at http://www.fbo.gov.
