- Solicitation is pursuant to Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA). NSN: 9150-01-496-1946. Lubricating Oil, Engine, i/a/w MIL-PRF-2104G and must contain at least 25% re-refined oil content. Quantity is 41,760 CN (5 Gallon Can). Solicitation SP0400606Q9570, authorized by YPG06075000806, will result in a Firm Fixed Price definite quantity contract and is solicited as Unrestricted, full and open competition with QPL requirement. This NSN is a critical application item. MSDS/Labeling, QAP 204 and shelf life apply. Quantity variance of +/-5% applies. FOB, and Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination for stock locations, SNG (New Cumberland, PA) and AQ5 (Tracy, CA). Quantity is 33,840 CN to SRG and 7920 CN to AQ5. Delivery schedule is 43 DARO. This procurement is coded Commercial and will be solicited under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. The solicitation has a Radio Frequency Identification Requirement.
