- Pr Number: IQC06047009006 FSC: 5320 various Nomenclature: Competitive Rivets ? Solid, Pin and Tubular RFP Due Date: 29 September 2006 This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for 114 Core Items and 2759 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5320-00-054-6067. This procurement is for a two year base. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Some drawings are required and can be obtained on CD Rom from the Contracting Officer upon request. Delivery is as follows:135 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. These are not Qualified Products List (QPL) items. All items are QSL. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: 29 December 2006 Past performance is more important than price.
