- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) MZ63014. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-03. (iv) The NAICS code is 334119, the size standard is 1,000 employees, and the resultant contract will be 100% set-aside for small business. (v) Provide a price for the following specific make model CLIN. (vi) General Dynamics Mini Taclane Encryptor. Mfg P/N: KG-175B. Qty: 15 each. Offerors should state whether or not government purchase card is accepted. (vii) Ship To: WHCA ? J3 Plans, Attn: Brendan Drake, 2743 Defense Blvd, Anacostia Annex, DC 20373-5815. FOB: Destination - acceptance at destination. Delivery requested as soon as possible. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically acceptable low offer. (ix) The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6 Alt 1, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-24, 52.216-25, and 52.225-13. (x) The following DFARS clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.204-7003, 252.211-7003, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 252.243-7001, 252.246-7000, 252.247-7022 (access to clauses can be made via http://FARSITE.HILL.AF.MIL).
