- This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with FAR 15.201(e). The responses to this RFI are not offers that can be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract, but rather will be used for planning purposes only. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is performing market research to determine industry capabilities in performing Red Team services, to include Computer Network Systems, Communications Security, Physical Security, Social Engineering, and Policy, Procedures, and Data Analysis Assessments. DARPA requests information from organizations that perform work in this industry that shows its capabilities, areas of expertise, past performance, and security clearance information related to work performed in these areas. Past Performance information should include the name of the entity for which the services were performed, entity points of contact, and description of the services performed. This information should be provided no later than close of business on 05 OCT 2006. Information submitted regarding this RFI can either be mailed to DARPA, Attn: Wade Wargo, CMO, 3701 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203-1714 or faxed to (703) 807-4905. All submissions should reference the RFI number SN06-39. Please ensure that any proprietary information is marked as such. The Government will not pay for, nor reimburse, any expenses incurred in responding to this RFI. DARPA may use selected support contractor personnel to review the responses to this RFI. These support contractors will be bound by non-disclosure agreements to protect any proprietary information submitted under this RFI.
