Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 7,035 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 6,117 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date is November 15, 2007, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded North: Route 712; EAST: Inter Coastal Water Way; South: Route 611; West: Interstate 95 or: In the City of Ft Pierce Area; Anything east of I-95 and west of the intra-coastal waterway. Anything north of Rte 612 and south of Rte 713; In Port St Lucie/Stuart Area; Anything east of I-95 and west of US 1; Anything north of SE Cove Road and south of Rte 712; Basically between 95 and the Intra Coastal from SE Cove Road in Stuart north to Route 713 in Ft. Pierce, excluding the Central Business District in Ft. Pierce. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking consisting of 8 secured parking spaces on site and patron parking as required by code on site. The agency cannot be housed near Child Care, Public Defenders, churches, schools, retirement communities, golf courses, residences, etc. First floor and top floor space are not acceptable unless approved by the Contracting Officer.
