Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN NORTH CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 3,965 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space on a single floor. LOCATION:Space must be located within Central Business District (CBD) of North Charleston, South Carolina. If suitable space cannot be found within the CBD, then the Government will give consideration within city limits. Required: All services, utilities, supplies, partitioning and required tenant altrations are to be provided as part of the rental. All property must be within or facing delineated area. Term: Space is required not later than December 1, 2006. The lease term will be for ten (10) years, with the Government having the right to terminate after five (5) years. Owners and Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing by September 27, 2006. Please include common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable.
