- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Ecosystems Research Division (ERD), 960 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605 is soliciting quotations for a firm fixed price contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Item Acquisition and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure laboratory analyses of water, sediment, and biota samples for mercury content and provide results reports in accordance with the statement of work. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541380. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside in regards to business size. Anticipated award date is September 25, 2006. All items shall be delivered to US EPA ERD, 960 College Station Road, Athens, GA. A solicitation package has been prepared and is available for downloading from FedBizOpps. Any firm believing it is capable of meeting EPA?s requirement as stated herein may submit a response which, if received by, September 21, 2006, 4:30 PM, Eastern Time, will be considered.
