- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for non commercial items . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/ ). The RFQ number is N00189-06-T-0388. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-12 and DFARS Change Notice 20050930. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is a [sole source action with. The FLEET & INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CENTER requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 Pump pressure regulator 2 ?! inch model PTLNS-5A 600# ANSI B16.5 RF flanges adjustable discharge pressure range 50-175 PSIG 1/2 inch 600# ANSI B16.5 sensing flange valve supplied per Leslie dwg 19870n. Clin 0002 Top and spring case sub-assy unit sub-assy per Leslie dwg 19870N includes all components above the valve body (pc #31). Top gasket (pc #28) and port hole gasket (pc #54) included. Delivery is 22 to 32 weeks after date of award. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. The following FAR provision and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.213-4, ?Terms and Conditions-Simplified Acquisitions (Other Than Commercial Items)? which is incorporated by reference applies.
