- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, FL intends to solicit United States Marine, Inc. (USMI), 10011 Lorraine Rd., Gulfport Ms 39503 on a sole source basis for 30 line items of various parts. As the original equipment manufacturer of the 11 meter RIB, USMI is the only company with the knowledge of the craft and its installed systems required to supply these parts.
