- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Fac 2005-10 Effective 28 July 2006 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. COMNAVMARIANAS, GUAM Fire Department has requirements for the following: (a) Structural Coats; (b) Structural Trousers; (c) Fire Hoses. A detailed listing may be requested in writing from the purchasing agent, Lorraine Unpingco, email: n8152@guam.navy.mil; FAX: (671) 339-3234. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Offers must be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 and must include the items listed in FAR Clause 52.212-3- Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. This clause may be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Prospective offerors are encourage to register in ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov/ Any questions concerning this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing (fax or email) to the purchasing agent contact listed above. Offers must be received no later than the anticipated due date of 18 Sep 2006 @ 4:00PM Guam Time. Offers must be sent by fax or email only. The Government intends to award a single contract under this announcement unless it?s determined after evaluation of offers, that no single offers can satisfy Government requirements without making multiple awards. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price.
