- Notice of intent to award fixed price sole source procurement for Recycling Services to Headwaters Cooperative Recycling Inc, located in Helena, Montana for recycling bins located at approximately 18 collection sites throughout Yellowstone National Park. This proposed action for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotes received within 7 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Response must include detailed technical information and other technical literature pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required prior to execution of an award. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Headwaters Cooperative Recycling Inc.
