Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intend to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Kenworth of Savannah. This procurement is to purchase two Conventional Cab Transport 80,000 GVW. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1, this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303-1 and FAR 6.304. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to the facsimile number stated herein, Attn: Lewis Boggan. Responses to this notice must be received by September 18, 2006. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Kenworth of Savannah. Please include your company name, point of contact, address, telephone and facsimile number. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
