Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity is see king a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Henry Schein Inc, Product Herculite XRV Unidose Kit, Part Number 30890, Quantity of seventy-nine (79), Unit of Measurement Each. Salient features of the product are composite with excellent handling properti es, allows for anatomical shaping without composite slumping and is reliable and durable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued (oral offers will not be accepted). (ii) The Solicitation Number is W81XWH-06-T-0500. This is a request for competitive quotes.
