Description

(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity is seek ing a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Sonosite, Product Sonosite C-60 Convex Abdominal Probe for the Sonosite 180 Plus, Part Number P02115, Quantity of ten (10), Unit of Measurement Each. Salient features of the product are: (a) compact and light weight, (b) digital imaging processing, (c) 2D directional color and continuous wave, (d) analytical software and report packages, (e) fast boot up and (f) battery or AC powered. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being reques ted and a written solicitation will not be issued (oral offers will not be accepted).(ii)The Solicitation Number is W81XWH-06-T-0501. This is a request for competitive quotes.(iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-4.(iv)N/A(v)The following is a list of the contract line number and items, quantities and unit of measure: DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: Tranducers that are lightweight and confortable with broadbands.
