Please include shipping cost and date of shipment. The Government anticipates awardin g a single award for this requirement. The items shall be delivered to the Dewitt Army Community Hospital, Jackson Loop Rd, Building 1414, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5901, 45 days after receipt of order.
