- This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a Sole Source firm fixed price contract to Omnicell Inc., the sole mfg and distributor of the AN CT Anesthesia Workstation (quantity 11 each). The anticipated award date is 12 September 2006. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures IAW FAR Part 12 and 6.302-1 for Other than Full and Open Competition. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination not to compe te this proposed acquisition based on responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Govt. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
