- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The US Army Engineer District, Kansas City, 700 Federal Building 601 East 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106- 2896 Civil Branch, intend to negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to the University of Kansas Center for Research Inc., Lawrence, Kansas to provide curatorial services to preserve for future use the collections of archeological ar tifacts, specimens and associated records under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) a; 41.
