- The Government intends to issue a Sole Source Award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to C.H. Reed, Inc., Hanover, PA for a Graco ProBatch Dispensing System. The ProBatch System is for electronic proportioning and mixing of multiple components Chemi cal Agent Resistant Coating (CARC). The anticipated award date is 21 September 2006. Provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to OfferorsCommercial Items and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Best Val ue to the Government will be used to evaluate offers. This includes, but is not limited to, the best price when considering the merits of all offers. Offers need to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certific ation-Commercial Items and descriptive literature of items being quoted with their offer. Offers must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and should include their DUNS number, Cage Code and Federal Tax ID number. The clause at 52.212- 5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are due by 2:00 P.M. The Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
