- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard has a requirement to purchase 5 each Polyvision WTL-1800W white boards, 6 each WT WirelessKit-F1, 6 each Avocent LV3500W wireless connections to projector, 6 each InFocus 3200 Lumen XGA projectors, 6 each Optiplex G620 15inch LCD 80 gig 1 gig computers for white boards, 6 each mounting hardware kits for projectors & miscellaneous mounting hardware, 1 each Polyvision WTL-1600W white board. All equipment requir es installation by the vendor. All proposals submitted must include the cost of installation. Equipment to be installed at Camp Roberts, CA. Vendors must provide equipment of equal or better value than that listed. Simplified Acquisition Procedures wil l be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration(CCR). Quotes are due no later than September 22, 2006 before 2:00pmPST. Quotes may be submitted via fax to (805)594-6348.
