- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is a new or refurbished data degausser capable of purging all classified or sensitive information from 8mm tapes, hardrives, diskettes, and flash drives. Degausser should be easily relocatable and have a on and off switch. Must be listed b y the National Security Agency (NSA) degausser evaluated products list (DEPL) as meeting DOD requirements. Price item with a 1 year extended warranty. Item is required within 60 days ARO, and FOB destination is required. This equipment will be shipped t o March Air Reserve Base in Moreno Valley, California. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ F7S3CF (oral offers will not be accepted). This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS ) Code is 334613 and the size standard of 1000. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
