- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the US Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) intends to award a Sole Source contract (IAW 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source) to Symmetricom, Inc., 3750 Westwind Blvd, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 -1053. The objective of this contract is to acquire an upgrade and spare parts for a Mark V GPS System. The spare parts are: Item No. 560-197-5 Dual 90 Vac/-48 Vdc (20%) Power Supplies; Fault Monitor CPU Part Number 560-53-2; Network Interface Card w/SNMP Part No. 560-5302. This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The Government will not issue a solicitation. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award is anticipated no later than 20 September 2006.
