- On behalf of OASD and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Contract Center of Excellence- Washington, DC intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to Minuteman Delivery Service Inc, loca ted at 9208 Honey Creepeer CT, Burke, VA 22015 . The objective is to provide newspaper pick-up, and delivery service to current news stations at the Pentagon. This is not a request for quotes.
