Description
Restrictions: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicita tion; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-06-Q-0035 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06, dated 08 June 05. NAICS is 541618; business size is 500 Employees; acquisition is 100% setaside for Small Business Concerns. Description of Services: All Play Curbs are 12 Inches in Height and Either 6-Feet or 2-Fee t in Length. Line Item 0001, Jackson Elementary School - 312 6-feet playcurbs, 46 2-feet playcurbs, and 1 accesible playcurb, price as 1 Lump Sum; Line Item 0002: Marshall Elementary School - 384 6-feet playcurbs, 70 2-feet playcurbs, and 1 accessible pl aycurb, price as 1 Lump Sum; Lincoln Elementary School - 270 6-feet playcurbs, 44 2-feet playcurbs, and 2 accessible playcurbs, price as 1 Lump Sum; Line Item 0004 Barkley Elementary School - 188 6-feet playcurbs, 28 2-feet playcurbs, and 2 accessible pla ycurbs, price as 1 Lump Sum. Offerors shall submit a Lump Sum price for each School and within the Lump Sum Price, the unit price for the different play curbs shall be provided. All responsible concerns may submit a quote that will be considered by this agency.
