Description: The government intends to acquire a sole source contract for two state certified paramedics to Perform a seminar for Ramstein and Spangdahlem military personnel. The contractor shall give the audience an outlook on what happens at a trauma scene using the medical equipment that they employ daily in their jobs. The contractor shall aim at delivering a message of making positive decisions when it comes to drinking and driving, durg abuse and wearing a seat belt.
