- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to supply: Diesel ATV, ATV Spare Parts Diesel Kit, CON991112-Trailer(Utility off road ATV), 100-8 Spout Fuel Can Flexible, 100-9 Fuel Can 5 Gallon Plastic. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quotation and is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under the Standard Industrial Classification code - 5012, NAICS code - 423110, and the related Small Business Standard ? 500 employees. The required delivery time is 30 days after receipt of contract award. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror. The solicitation will be posted to EPS website on or about 13 Sept 05. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website, http://fedbizopps.gov , to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, Mcguire AFB, 305 CONS. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
