- Amendment to Solicitation F1T0CY6209A700, Audiovisual System and Sound System 1. The following changes and clarifications are made to Solicitation F1T0CY6209A700. - Brightness of Projectors will be XGA - Ceiling microphones will be able to pick up the voices of people at the table, but not necessarily those around the rest of the room. - One projector is used only for classified material. - For now, classified presentations are not VTC?d to the remote site. Equipment provided should allow the end user to add this capability in the future. - The DVD/VCR does not have to have the capability of sending to the remote site through VTC. - Touch panel will be 12 inches diagonally, with color screen and volume control. - The tables, podium, and equipment rack will match in color and material. - CLIN 0005 is amended to read as follows: o CLIN 0005, TABLES. Offerors are to submit quotes for both sub-CLINs 0005a and 0005b. CLIN 0005a, 2 EA. RECTANGULAR TABLES with half cylinder base and beaded edges, 4 feet x 8 feet, wood veneer finish in mahogany or cherry; racetrack underneath to store cables. CLIN 0005b, 2 EA. TABLES with half cylinder base and beaded edges, when put together create a boat-shaped table 4 feet x 16 feet, wood veneer finish in mahogany or cherry; racetrack underneath to store cables. - The sound system must be loud enough to allow everyone throughout the room to hear clearly. - The projection screen is to be able to recess into the ceiling. - The projection screen is to be controlled through the touch panel. - The podium and the equipment rack will have locking doors. - The DVD/VCR combo will be stored in the podium. - The podium will have a place for the keyboard and monitor recessed. - RS232 control. 2. All other information in the solicitation remains the same.
