- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source delivery order for one year of SecureOffice Trusted Gateway and Virus Scanning Plug-In maintenance support to Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc, 2350 Corporate Park Drive Suite 500, Herndon, VA 20171-4848. The maintenance support is necessary for AFWA/SCHS to satisfy mission requirements. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order, subject to the availability of funds, by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc is the manufacturer and only authorized distributor for the maintenance of their software. The procurement of this software maintenance must be completed in a timely manner in order to meet mission requirements.
