- This modification is issued to extend the response date to 3:00 pm, Tuesday, Septermber 19, 2006. The following standard features for the 150 Ton Chiller Assembly are provided to clarify this requirement: Powder coated 2 inch doublewall 16ga insulated acoustical enclosure, interior 115v service plugs, interior florescent utility lights, I beams for compressor removal, fan coil for cooling interior of PCP to 80 degrees F maximum, screw compressors - R134A, 1/8 inch aluminum diamond tread plate floor, double wall doors, I beam base frame, pitched roof, primary variable flow design, desert beige color, exhaust fan, two (2) ARI certified chillers with two (2) circuits each, S.S. 304 tower sump, LONlink communication device, telink (autodial gateway), comfort view software package or web CCN interface, data logging device, cooling tower sand filter system, cooling tower electrical water level switch, eye wash station, OSHA approved breathing apparatus, low capacity load controller, refrigerant alarm, refrigerant monitor, cooling tower chemical feed system, single point non-fused electrical connection 460-3-60, ETL labeled and listed per U.L. 1995, expansion tank, air seperator, CTI rated cooling tower, redundant chilled water pumps, redundant condenser water pumps.
