- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F1P33E6243A200 is being issued as a request for proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. This requirement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333922, small business size standard of 500 employees. Commercial Item Description: Disassemble/Move/Reassemble Loading Dock. Work consists of all labor, material, equipment, and transportation to disassemble (1 each) portable loading dock (100 ft x 60 ft, with steel grating surface plates) adjacent to building 4859 on Davis-Monthan AFB. Move pieces from original location (to a site adjacent to the original location) to allow concrete piers to be installed in the asphalt by the government. Reassemble loading dock on top of concrete piers after concrete piers are in position and cured. Move (2 each) highline docks (40 ft x 10 ft) to a site adjacent to the original location. Move higline docks back to original location at the same time portable loading dock is reassembled and moved. Place of delivery: 355 LRS, LGRT, Building 4859, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, FOB Point is Destination. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition.
