DUCT AND DRYER VENT CLEANING SERVICE. James A. Haley Veterans? Hospital, Tampa Florida. 100% small business set-aside. Only proposals submitted by firms classified as small business under NACIS 561790 will be considered. This is a synopsis for commercial services per the procedures at FAR 12, 13, and 15. Solicitation number RFP 673-167-06. Solicitation issue date 20 September 2006, offers tentatively due 14 days thereafter. The offer due date/time will be established in the solicitation document. NAICS code 561790, size standard $6.5M. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to clean ductwork and dryer vents for the James A. Haley Veterans? Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resulting contract. Note: many areas involve asbestos, therefore contractor must possess necessary capability/training etc. Period of performance estimated 60 days for completion of job.
