- This is a MARKET SURVEY announcement for the Alaska Flight Service Modernization Program System. The purpose of the announcement is to obtain comments and/or recommendations on the draft Preliminary Requirements Document (PRD) and to determine if outside interest (adequate competition) exists. This is not a solicitation request announcement. The FAA is especially interested in cost saving recommendations based on Industry experience with previously developed flight service systems that are operational.
