- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, GA, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price order for 200,000 rounds of .40 caliber 180 grain JHP. FOB DESTINATION. Delivery is to be made to Brunswick, Georgia, 31524, 60 days after receipt of order. The reference number for this announcement is 06FAD0079. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This requirement is a not set-aside using the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 332992.
