- The U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Neutron Enterprises, Inc., 450 Matheson Boulevard, E. #67, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1R5. Neutron Enterprises, Inc., will provide the following: CBP's national recruitment effort on the CBS Super Screen (26' x 20') in Times Square Plaza as a one-time event; and a 15 and 30 second ad will alternate for a total of 2 minutes of air time each hour, 18 hours per day for 15 days (November 16-30). This advertising effort will not require ad development.
