- NSN 4320-01-439-0194, Pump unit, rotary. JLG Industries, Inc. (1YHH8) part number 8440151 and Fenner Fluid Power, Inc. (53899) part number DM-1002. Estimated yearly quantity is 220. Unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for multiple end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4320. See notes 1, 9 and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 29 Sep 06 at https://www.bidds.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for a 1H code and part number item. The AMSC code implies that the Government does not have sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase part from other than current source. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period four times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted and other than full and open competition.
