- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DTICZ06207002 is a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documented and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 2005-12. The NAICS code is 423430. Quotes must be ?all or nothing?. Quotes must include any and all shipping charges to Fort Belvoir Virginia 22060. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation is judged to be most advantageous to the Government, lowest price ? with no exception to the specifications. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
