- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E3LB6181A100 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-12. This acquisition is to be 100% set aside and awarded to SB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 424920. The SB size standard for this code is 100 employees. DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: Books, Library Service subscription that allows government to chose 2,500 book titles per year, per account of credit. Price to include all applicable taxes, including New Mexico Gross Receipt tax and all shipping and handling charges. Period of Performance 30 Sep 06-29 Sep 07. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
