- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotations No. AG-02NV-S-06-0073. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation 2005-12. CLI#1 Copper carsonate or copper napthanate treated wood driver posts. Point on the driver must not exceed 1 inch in diameter 4" X 6.5' treated drivers. Quantity: 5,000 Each CLI#2 Copper carsonate or copper napthanate treated wood driver posts. Point on the driver must not exceed 1 each in diameter 6" X 8' treated drivers. Quantity: 325 Each CLI#3 Untreated 2" X 42" fence stays. Quantity: 8,000 Each The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, apply to this acquisition. Addendum to 52.212-1: The Government will evaluate all quotes submitted before contract award. The Government may offer the award on this contract to more than one vendor, depending on best value to the Government. If the vendors quote is based on an all-or-none basis, the vendors quote should indicate this. Vendors may submit more than one quote. Evaluation of quotes will be based on best value to the Government, considering price and past performance. Offerors are to include with their quote a complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, or indicated that their vendor information is available in ORCA ( www.bpn.gov). Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and resulting contract. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, applies, with the following additional FAR clauses cited in the clause applicable: 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3 with Alternative I, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.232-36 Quotes are due by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, September 18, 2006, at the IDAWY Acquisition Service Center, 1405 Hollipark Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83401.
