- Description
- The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires supplies and services for providing shipboard chemical treatment and fuel oil testing for diesel, gas turbine, and steam powered ships as described herein. The Government is contracting not only for specific products and services, but also for the delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined for each named port or geographical zone. The Contractor shall provide the following products and services: worldwide supply of shipboard chemicals and testing equipment, shore side fuel oil analysis, and related engineering support services for all United States Naval Ships of MSC and any other vessels specifically identified by the MSC during the term of this contract. Supplies/services shall be delivered / performed to the MSC fleet worldwide. The solicitation resulting from this notice will be available on or about 24 August 2006. Once the solicitation is posted, it will be available at www.msc.navy.mil. Click on Contracts (upper right hand corner of the screen), click on Request for Proposals / Quotations, search by solicitation number N00033-06-R-8003, and follow downloading instructions. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-AUG-2006).
