- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific/Department of Defense Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) Guam intends to procure on a Full and Open Competition basis, an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, delivery order type contract for black/white standard printers, black/white duplex printers, color standard printers, and color duplex printers for a 12-month base period and four one-year options. A Requirements and Specifications Document with specific description/specifications will be included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-06-R-8001. The maximum estimated quantity is 550 printers for the initial base period and 550 printers for each of the option periods. Delivery will be F.O.B Destination to various locations throughout Japan and Korea within 30 days from date of each delivery order. The solicitation/RFP will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 14 June 2006 to close 30 days after RFP issue date. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency by the solicitation closing date. Responses shall be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact listed in this Synopsis. Responses must be e-mailed to dppd@pac.dodea.edu. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/. The Government will consider awarding to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the requirements/specifications listed in the Request for Proposal.
