- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of a minimal 4,000 usable square feet to a maximum of 4,210 usable square feet yielding 5,050 rentable square feet within the following delineated area in Monmouth County, NJ: Remain within the confines of the Garden State Parkway (Western Corridor). Front Street in Red Bank (Northern Corridor), State Highway 36 to Broadway in Long Branch (East to West), and the (Southern Corridor) and a jagged route from Front Street in Red Bank, South on Branch Avenue to Broad Street and on to Branch Avenue. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 8 reserved parking spaces are required. Parking should be in occurrence with local code. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility and allowing Tenant uninterrupted 24/7 access to the leased space as needed. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced.
