Description

LEASE WAREHOUSE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within the Frederick, Maryland area. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing warehouse space for a one (1) year term, consisting of a minimum of 82,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet with a minimum stacking height of 24 feet clear, access to multiple loading docks, and parking spaces. LOCATION: The Government is interested in occupying space within less than a one (1) mile radius of an existing Government Facility. Further expansion of the delineated area may be entertained by the Government. OCCPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by October 2006. Express OF Interest Shall be submitted by September 18, 2006 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet and BOMA usable rate per square foot.
