- Contractor to provide scheduled and on-call maintenance service on EPA-owned equipment for the period 10-1-06 thru 9-30-07 which consists of power and battery backup for the NEC-2400 ICS PBX and Octel Overture 350 voice processing system and tel/com cabinet. Service to include preventive maintenance per manufacturer's recommendation, all labor, parts, unlimited emergency service calls 24/7, 15 minute call back, guaranteed 4 hour on-site response time, field service record keeping and monthly management reports and annual training of EPA staff. Any/all preventive maintenance service to be scheduled during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday at EPA's convenience. List of equipment as follows: (1) ratelco AC/DC rectifier model FC48200 (two each); (2) ratelco CEMF cell panel assembly model 111.3217.00; (3) ratelco combination distribution panel w/low voltage disconnect model 111B.3310.00; (4) topaz powermark DC/AC inverter model 6114-04; (5) C&D Liberty 1000 4-jar lead battery string 12v 83ah, model LS12-80 (4 each); (6) APC 40kVA UPS model DP340E; (7) PDI 50kVA PDU model PH2-4-0500-641. Preeventive maintenance to be as follows: line items 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7: semi-annual; line item 5: quarterly. Quotes can be sent via email or fax; must include monthly and yearly cost for each item; vendor's DUNS number, taxpayer identification number, business size/classification, confirmation of registration in the central contractor register (www.ccr.gov).
